This model fits medium sized and some large sized french horns with a fixed bell.
The lid is made of a very protective foam and the other parts around contain fiberglass or carbon fiber to protect the instrument.
This way the weight is drastically reduced.
Crooks and accessories can be stored in the exterior pockets.
